Penda Publishing's publications are unique in that they rely heavily on members of communities we serve for content and direction. It’s your town, your news. If you feel you have a story, press release, or photo with editorial merit for the town you live in, feel free to send it in. You may be published in our newspapers!

PHOTOS
You may submit photos of interest to Springfield Ohio, and the surrounding area. If submitted you give The Springfield Paper permission to publish your picture in print and online. Photo’s must have some artistic, editorial, or human interest merit. Not all photo’s submitted will be chosen for publication. Please do not submit photos that were not taken by you, or you do not have permission to distribute.

ARTICLES
We ask that all articles are submitted with a positive tone. We are a good news newspaper and will only publish nature of that sort. Please limit your article to 200-300 words. Also include pictures if you have them available.

PRESS RELEASES
A Press Release is a brief news article highlighting an important event, program, or piece of information by an organization that succinctly describes the who, what, where, when, why, and how of the story. It must contain editorial merit and not simply be an advertisement in written form. Press releases be 150-200 words. Pictures are fine (though they should be captioned). Please include title, and by-line of the author and any pertinent contact information for follow-up
